Same-Day Delivery (Domestic - Qatar) 

• Eligibility: Available for single-vendor orders within Doha and select areas.
• Availability Check: During checkout, the system will automatically display whether same-day delivery is available for your order based on:
  • Vendor's current operating hours and closing time.
  • Order cutoff time (calculated dynamically—typically 4 hours before vendor's closing time).
  • Vendor's processing time and current workload.
  • Your delivery location within serviceable zones.
• Weekend & Holiday Delivery: Available only if the vendor is open on weekends/holidays. The system will automatically reflect vendor's weekend/holiday operating status during checkout.
• Conditions:
  • Multi-vendor orders are excluded from same-day delivery.
  • Free delivery applies to total purchase above QAR 500
  • Minimum order value per vendor QAR 30.
  • Subject to vendor stock availability and operational status.

Standard Delivery (Domestic - Qatar) 

• Delivery Timeline: Depends on the number of vendors:
  • Single vendor: 1-2 business days.
  • Multi-vendor (2-3 vendors): 2-3 business days.
  • Multi-vendor (4+ vendors): 3+ business days.

Longer timelines allow consolidation of multi-vendor orders for optimized delivery.

• Conditions:
  • Minimum order value per vendor: QAR 30.
  • Free delivery applies to total purchase above QAR 500 (regardless of number of vendors).
  • Available for all order types across Qatar, including weekends (subject to courier availability, vendor operations).
  • Scheduled delivery dates confirmed upon order placement.
  • Real-time tracking provided via SMS and or order dashboard.

International Delivery

• Processed through certified third-party logistics partners.
• Delivery Timeline: 7-10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Tracking: Unique tracking number provided once shipment leaves to Qatar. Track via our platform or the courier's website.
• Shipping Fees: Calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier rates. Displayed before checkout.

🔸 Customs Duty Policy (Qatar Imports)

Important Notice: All international shipments to Qatar are subject to Qatar Customs duties and taxes, payable directly to the courier upon delivery.

Order Modifications & Cancellation

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled before the status changes to "Out for Delivery" or "Dispatched".
• After Dispatch: Once marked "Dispatched" or "Out for Delivery," cancellation is not permitted. Contact support for exceptional cases.
• Return Policy: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (conditions apply). check our Return policy

  • Orders above QAR 500 - Free Delivery ( same day / standard delivery)
• Outside Metro: Additional delivery charges may apply; calculated at checkout.
• Peak Season: Delivery times may extend during holiday periods (notify customers via email).

General Terms

• Nautiqa is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party courier issues.
• Proof of delivery (photo/signature) may be required for high-value orders.
